摘要
采用气溶胶喷射打印技术(AJP)制成Y_(2)O_(3)∶Tb^(3+)发光纤维,研究不同Tb离子的掺杂浓度与纤维发光性能之间的关系。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱对纤维表面发光涂层的物相及发光性能进行了表征,确定Tb离子的最佳掺杂浓度为1%。在制备完单根纤维后,通过编织排列等手段,制备得到了纺织品的雏形,本实验为柔性发光器件提供了一种新的思路。
Y_(2)O_(3):Tb^(3+)luminescent fibres were made by aerosol jet printing(AJP)technique and the relationship between different doping concentrations of Tb ions and the luminescent properties of the fibres was investigated.The physical phase and luminescent properties of the luminescent coating on the fibre surface were characterised by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and fluorescence spectroscopy,and the optimum doping concentration of Tb ions was determined to be 1%.After the preparation of single fibres,the textile prototype was prepared by means of weaving arrangement,etc.This experiment provides a new idea for flexible luminescent devices.
