基于校企深度融合的高职软件技术人才实践教学体系的探索与实践--以焦作大学为例

Exploration and Practice of a Practical Teaching System for Software Technology Talents in Higher Vocational Education Based on the Deep Integration of Schools and Enterprises--Taking Jiaozuo University as an Example

针对软件专业实践教学中存在的问题,研究校企深度融合机制下“全过程”软件技术人才培养的实践教学体系。实践教学在整个人才培养中有着至关重要的作用,学生职业能力的培养和职业经验的获取都离不开实践教学。为了保证课程内容的连贯性、真实性和前沿性,创建基于知识点融合的案例驱动式课内实训体系;为了使学生积累前沿热门技术的应用经验,创建了围绕“软件工程”思想、对接企业需求的实际应用软件开发项目课外实训体系;为了培养学生解决复杂软件开发的能力,创建了基于真实项目的毕业设计体系。基于校企融合的软件技术专业全过程实践教学体系切实提高了毕业生就业质量,实现了人才培养与社会需求的精准对接。

In response to the problems in practical teaching of software majors,this study aims to explore the practical teaching system for cultivating"full process"software technology talents under the mechanism of deep integration between schools and enterprises.Practical teaching plays a crucial role in the entire talent cultivation process,while the cultivation of students'professional abilities and the acquisition of professional experience cannot be separated from practical teaching.To ensure the coherence,authenticity and cutting-edge of course content,a case driven in class training system based on knowledge point fusion is created;in order to enable students to accumulate experience in the application of cutting-edge and popular technologies,an extracurricular training system for practical application software development projects has been established,which revolves around the concept of "software engineering" and aligns with the needs of enterprises;and in order to cultivate students'ability to solve complex software development,a graduation design system based on real projects has been created.The comprehensive practical teaching system for software technology majors based on the integration of schools and enterprises has effectively improved the quality of graduates' employment and achieved precise integration between talent cultivation and social needs.
