氢吗啡酮超长期PCA治疗带状疱疹后神经痛:病例报道与居家镇痛探讨

摘要 带状疱疹后神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)通常被定义为在带状疱疹(herpes zoster,HZ)皮损愈合后受累区出现疼痛持续至少1个月,是HZ最常见的并发症,主要表现为受损神经支配区域持续性疼痛[1]。本文就1例因“炎性神经脱髓鞘病变”长期服用糖皮质激素又罹患PHN病人,采用氢吗啡酮PCA居家镇痛治疗3年取得较好疗效,现报告如下。
