新时代中国共产党意识形态传播力提升路径探究

RESEARCH ON THE WAY TO ENHANCE THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF CHINA′S IDEOLOGICAL PROPAGATION POWER IN THE NEW ERA

新时代着力提升党的意识形态传播力是充分发挥社会主义意识形态主要功能的内在要求,是夯实党的执政地位、发展中国特色社会主义的经验总结,是全媒体场域中提升党的意识形态凝聚力和引领力的客观需要,是巩固壮大主流思想舆论、汇聚奋进新征程磅礴伟力的必然选择。着力提升党的意识形态传播力旨在坚持“两个巩固”的根本任务,进一步宣传阐释中国特色与讲好中国故事。当前,要从方法论的角度探究新时代提升党的意识形态传播力的优化路径。要以坚持党性和人民性相统一,坚持团结稳定鼓劲、正面宣传为主,坚持理念创新、手段创新与基层工作创新,坚持构建全党动手的大宣传工作格局,坚持把握“时、度、效”相统一等五大策略为实践抓手,不断提升党的意识形态传播力。

To enhance the party′s ideological propagation force in the new era is the internal requirement of giving full play to the major function of socialist ideology,the summary of experience to consolidate the ruling position of the party and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,the objective need of enhancing the Party′s ideological cohesion and leading power in the whole media field,as well as the inevitable choice to create the mainstream ideology and public opinion on a new journey.At present,to promote the realization of the fundamental task of"two consolidations",further publicize and explain Chinese characteristics and tell Chinese stories well,we should adhere to the unity of Party spirit and people spirit,persevere in taking unity,stability,encouragement and positive publicity as the dominant factor,stick to pushing innovation in publicity and ideological work,persist in building a pattern of large-scale publicity work involving the whole party,adhere to the practice gripper of"five strategies",so as to constantly enhance the party′s ideological propaga-tion power.
