郑开城际铁路公交化运营改造方案研究

Study on Public Transportation Modification Scheme of Zhengzhou-Kaifeng Intercity Railway

随着郑州都市圈内郑州、开封两座城市对向发展,郑开同城化区域融合发展态势愈发显著,郑开城际铁路的辐射运输能力亟需加强。在分析郑州开封之间客流特征的基础上,从设计、运营、配套设施三个维度提出目前郑开城际铁路运营存在的问题,通过研究郑开城际铁路的功能定位,遵循四网融合理念,从扩大服务范围、提高发车频次、简化办理手续、提高换乘效率和贯通运营五个方面提出针对性改造方案,以更好发挥郑州、开封之间城际铁路的交通骨干作用,服务郑开同城化区域联动发展。

With the divergent development of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng in the opposite direction within the Zhengzhou metropolitan area,the urban integration regional development trend of Zhengzhou-Kaifeng is increasingly obvious,which necessitate the reinforcement of the radiation transport capacity of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng Intercity Railway.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of passenger flow between Zhengzhou and Kaifeng,this paper identifies the existing problems in the operation of Zhengzhou-Kaifeng Intercity Railway from three perspectives:design,operation and supporting facilities.Through studying the functional positioning of Zhengzhou-Kaifeng Intercity Railway and adhering to the concept of four-network integration,this paper proposes a targeted transformation plan from five aspects:expanding the service scope,improving the departure frequency,simplifying procedures,improving transfer efficiency and promoting connecting operation.The scheme could be beneficial to enhance its role of the backbone for the Zhengzhou-Kaifeng Intercity Railway which serve the coordinated development of the Zhengzhou-Kaifeng urban integration area.
