某铁路隧道塌方综合处治技术

摘要 富水软弱破碎围岩隧道施工过程中会出现隧道塌方灾变现象,处治过程中因围岩变形过大导致初支净空不足需进行换拱施工。以牡佳客专某隧道为例,通过现场踏勘、钻探、断面扫描和现场综合控制技术等对隧道塌方进行处治。首先通过反压回填和注浆对掌子面周边坍塌体进行加固,其次对掌子面后方围岩进行补强以保证已完成初期支护结构的稳定。换拱施工中采用设置临时拱架、切割拆除旧拱架、围岩加固等诸多技术措施保证施工安全。工程实施效果良好,可供同类工程借鉴。 During the construction process of water-rich weak broken surrounding rock tunnel,tunnel collapse occurs.In the treatment process,due to the excessive deformation of the surrounding rock,the initial support clearance was insufficient and arch replaclement was required.Taking a tunnel in Mudanjiang-Jiamusi Passenger Dedicated Line as an example,the tunnel collapse was treated through the site survey,drilling,section scanning and site comprehensive control technology.Firstly,the collapse body around the palm face was reinforced by backfilling and grouting.Secondly,the surrounding rock behind the palm face was reinforced to ensure the stability of the completed initial support structure.In the construction of arch replacement,many technical measures such as setting temporary arch frame,cutting and removing old arch frame and strengthening surrounding rock were adopted to ensure construction safety.The implementation effect of the project is good,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
