摘要
研究分析并论证生物基可降解的聚乳酸材料替代石油基工程塑料在汽车内饰部件应用的可行性。通过1年的自然环境湿热老化试验,验证了聚乳酸材料的耐水解和耐候性,证实聚乳酸可以满足汽车内饰部件的长周期使用要求。通过对量产车型的顶灯壳体进行试模和性能测试,证实聚乳酸材料可以满足汽车内饰部件的设计开发要求。
This paper studied and demonstrated feasibility of bio-based and degradable Polylactic Acid(PLA)as a substitute of petroleum-based engineering plastics in the fabrication of automotive interior parts.Through 1 yeardamp-heat aging test,PLA demonstrated sufficient hydrolysis resistance and weather resistance,meeting the long-time service requirements of automotive interior parts.Through molding and performance verification as a ceiling lamp shell,PLA was also confirmed to be suitable in automotive interior part design and development.
