“新师范”课程教学目标改革与体系构建

教师教育作为教育事业的“工作母机”和人才培养的枢纽,是落实党的二十大精神中教育优先发展和建设教育强国的关键。然而,随着“四新”的快速推进和“新基础教育”的强势倒逼,传统师范教育人才培养已无法满足基础教育市场需要和国家人才发展需求,亟待迎接新挑战、开创新格局、建设“新师范”、培养新人才。通过分析五所不同类型师范高校253门课程的教学大纲发现,高等师范院校课程教学目标或多或少存在着设置缺乏系统性、陈述欠缺规范性、使用欠缺有效性等问题。进而提出增加目标维度,系统设置教学目标;外显行为动词,规范陈述教学目标;发放教学大纲,充分运用教学目标的教师教育课程教学目标改革思路,并尝试构建集“学科+思政+教育”于一体的多维度、多层次教师教育课程教学目标体系。

As the"machine tool"and the hub of talent cultivation,teacher education is the key to implement the"twenty priorities"development and build a powerful education country.However,with the rapid advancement of the"four new"and the strong force of the""new basic education",the traditional normal talents education mode has been unable to meet the needs of the basic education market and the national development of talents,and it is urgent to meet new challenges,create a new pattern,build a"new norma"and train new talents.By analyzing the syllabus of 253 courses in five different types of normal colleges and universities,it has found that there are some problems in the curriculum of normal colleges and universities,such as the lack of systematicness in the setting of teaching objectives,the lack of standardization in the statement of teaching objectives and the lack of effectiveness in the use of teaching objectives.Then,it has proposed to increase the target dimension and set the teaching target systematically;explicit action verbs,standardize the teaching objectives;issue the teaching syllabus,make full use of the reform ideas of teaching objectives of teacher education curriculum,and try to build a multi-dimensional and multi-level teaching objectives system of teacher education curriculum that integrates"discipline+ideology and politics+education".
