文化视角下荆州市总体城市设计策略研究

Research on the Overall Urban Design Strategy of Jingzhou City from the Perspective of Culture

随着我国城市化进程的加快,荆州将建设江汉平原高质量发展示范区,亟须挖掘城市自然特色和优势。城市空间方面整体统筹、协调各类空间资源的布局与利用;生态方面强化水乡平原生态特色;文化方面聚焦“荆楚”“三国”“水”“商埠”四大文化核心。将这三大方面充分运用到城市各个系统的构建中,构建“保—控—聚—优”的控制体系,以期打造“荆楚韵城”“锦绣水城”和“活力秀城”三大城市名片。

With the intensification of urbanization in China,Jingzhou will build a high-quality development demonstration area in Jianghan Plain,and it is urgent to tap the natural characteristics and advantages of the city.It is proposed to conduct overall planning and coordination of the layout and utilization of various spatial resources from the aspect of urban space.In terms of ecology,it is proposed to strengthen the ecological characteristics of the water town plain.In terms of culture,it is proposed to focus on the four cultural cores of“Jingchu”,“Three Kingdoms”,“water”and“commercial port”.It is suggested to fully apply these three aspects to the construction of various systems of the city,and to build a control system of“protection,control,gathering and optimization”,so as to create three city business cards of“Jingchu Charm City”,“Splendid Water City”and“Vital and Exquisite City”.
