乡村振兴策略研究——以南京市溧水区高塘村为例

Study on the Rural Revitalization Strategies:A Case of Gaotang Village in Lishui District,Nanjing

面对城市与乡村发展不平衡的主要矛盾,乡村振兴实践成为必由之路。文章通过对南京溧水区高塘村的实践设计,从规划和建筑设计两个层面对乡村振兴的设计要点进行了阐述。从规划设计角度总结的方式为理路成脉、疏巷成网,同时构筑节点、塑造核心等理念;从建筑更新设计的角度,则注重村落传统结构氛围和重要实体空间的协调,以及环境景观与乡村建筑相协调。总之,要从环境、文化、审美、精神等方面出发,实现乡村振兴的可持续发展。

In view of the unbalanced development between urban and rural areas,the practice of rural revitalization has become the only way.Based on the practical design of Gaotang Village in Lishui District,Nanjing,this paper expounds the key design points of rural revitalization from two aspects of planning and architectural design.From the point of view of planning and design,it can be summarized as the way of making roads into veins and thinning lanes into nets.At the same time,it should construct nodes,and shape the core.From the perspective of architectural renewal design,the attention is paid to the coordination of traditional village structural atmosphere and important physical space,and the coordination of environmental landscape and rural architecture.In sum,the sustainable development of rural revitalization should be realized from the aspects of environment,culture,aesthetics and spirit.
