公众参与式的老旧社区空间环境更新探析——基于LQC模式下的艺术与活动介入视角

Analysis on Public Participatory Space Environment Renewal in Old Communities:From the Perspective of Art and Events Interventions Based upon LQC Mode

随着我国社区更新的不断推进,“回归原有价值、重塑集体回忆”成为我国老旧社区更新的趋势。文章以公众参与社区更新为基础,以LQC模式下的艺术与活动导入为媒介,探讨如何利用LQC模式“轻”介入、“快”落地、“低”投入的艺术与活动导入特点,结合社区居民及社会多方群体的直接参与,精准定位区域、快速实施方案、深入挖掘价值,自下而上、多方合作,共同营造宜人社区居住环境;建立基于公众参与的、艺术与活动介入老旧社区的更新机制,加强社区居民对社区的认同感与责任感。

With the continuous advancement of the community renewal in China,the trend of“returning to the original values and reshaping collective memories”has become a trend in the renewal of old communities in China.Based on public participation in the renewal of the community,this paper uses the introduction of art and event interventions under the LQC mode to explore how to use the characteristics of LQC mode’s“light”intervention,“fast”landing,and“low”investment in art and events to precisely position the areas,rapidly implement the plans and explore the values in depth,combined with the direct participation of community residents and various social groups.Thus,through bottom-up and multiparty cooperation,a pleasant community living environment is jointly created.It aims to establish a renewal mechanism for the old community involved with art and event intervention based on public participation,and to strengthen the community residents’sense of identity and responsibility towards the community.
