文旅融合背景下基于在地文化体验的建筑设计研究——以恩施州伍家台茶园采茶体验中心为例

Research on Architectural Design Based on Local Cultural Experience in the Context of Cultural Tourism Integration:A Case of Tea Picking Experience Centre in Wujiatai,Enshi

文旅融合背景下,在开发地域特色为主体的旅游基地中融入乡土元素,体现在地文化,跳脱出商业化、同质化的发展倾向,是吸引旅游者的关键。为了保护传统文化与传统工艺、发掘在地性元素,文章以恩施州伍家台茶园景区中的体验中心为设计实践对象,从地方特色和个体诉求出发,结合景观的可识别、空间的可感知和文化的可学习,以保护田园环境、激活特色产业、彰显建筑特色为设计要点,旨在利用地区优势促进伍家台地区文旅产业的协同发展,也为相同的情况提供设计借鉴。

In the context of cultural-tourism integration,integrating local elements into the development of tourism bases mainly with regional characteristics reflects the tendency of embodying local culture and stepping away from commercialization and homogenization,which is the key to attract tourists.In order to protect traditional culture and traditional craftsmanship and to explore local elements,the experience center in Wujiatai tea garden in Enshi is taken as the design practice object.Starting from the local characteristics and individual demands,combining with the recognizable landscape,the perceptible space and the learnable culture,with the key design points of protecting the idyllic environment,activating the characteristic industry and highlighting the architectural characteristics,the paper aims to use the regional advantages to promote the collaborative development of the cultural tourism industry in Wujiatai area,and to provide design references for the same situation.
