产城融合背景下的健康产业园交互化设计——以南京生物医药谷为例

The Interactive Design of Healthy Industry Park under the Background of Industry-City Integration:A Case of Nanjing Biomedical Valley

近年来健康产业的发展十分迅速,疫情后健康理念深入人心,健康产业这一新兴产业的发展方兴未艾。文章从产城融合的角度出发,分析影响健康产业园设计中所需要考虑的产业特征和城市因素。南京生物医药谷是南京市“一谷一镇三园”健康产业发展格局的主要组成部分,不仅给入驻其中的企业提供了良好的环境和服务,帮助企业的成长,也对周边城市环境起到了良好的优化效果,较好地体现了产城融合理念下健康产业园的设计思路和设计手法。就南京生物医药谷设计中体现的产城融合理念展开论述,并对健康产业园如何在产城融合的背景下设计提供一定的意见参考。

In recent years,the development of the health industry has been very rapid,and the concept of health has deeply rooted in people’s hearts after the epidemic.The development of the health industry,an emerging industry,is in the ascendant.This paper analyzes the industrial characteristics and urban factors that need to be considered in the design of health industrial parks from the perspective of industry-city integration.Nanjing Biomedical Valley is a major component of the healthy industry development pattern of the“one valley,one town,and three parks”in Nanjing.It not only provides good environment and services for the companies therein,helps them grow,but also has a good driving effect on the surrounding urban environment,which better demonstrates the design ideas and techniques of the healthy industry park under the concept of industry-city integration.This paper discusses the concept of industry-city integration reflected in the design of Nanjing Biomedical Valley,and provides some opinions and references on how to design a healthy industrial park in the context of industry-city integration.
