湟中区水系连通及农村水系综合整治实施方案研究与分析

Research and analysis on water system interconnection and integrated management of rural water system in Huangzhong District

农村水系是农村水环境的重要载体,是农村发展和人居环境改善的关键要素,在乡村振兴战略中发挥着重要的作用。文章以湟中区水系连通及农村水系综合整治实施方案为例,对其现状及存在的问题进行了分析,针对河流连通性一般、部分河段水域岸线被侵占、农村防污控污压力较大、水景观建设欠缺等问题,对采取何种对策以及实施要点进行了阐述,并对实施方案的特点进行了分析,以期能为同类项目提供借鉴。

The rural water system is an important carrier of the rural water environment,and a key element of rural development and the improvement of the human settlement environment,which plays an important role in the rural revitalization.Taking Huangzhong District as an example,this article analyzes the current situation and existing issues of the implementation plan of water system interconnection and comprehensive renovation of rural water system.In view of the general connectivity of the river,the occupation on the shoreline of some river sections,the greater pressure on rural pollution prevention and control,and the lack of water landscape construction,the article clarifies resolutions and implementation points,and analyzes the characteristics of the implementation plan,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
