摘要
针对高比例新能源接入电网时产生的相关问题,对新能源接入后的电网充裕度变化展开研究。首先建立五种充裕度评价指标模型,并提出高比例新能源电力系统充裕度的计算方法,再评估某省风电和光伏装机容量及其在总装机中所占比例在典型日对电网充裕度的影响。评估结果表明随着新能源渗透率的不断提高,电网可靠性和新能源消耗率不断提高。
In view of the problems caused when a high proportion of new energy is connected to the power grid,the change of the grid sufficiency after the new energy is connected is studied.Firstly,five kinds of abundance evaluation index models are established,and a calculation method for the abundance of high-permeability new energy power system is proposed.Then,the influence of installed wind power and photovoltaic capacity and their proportion in the total installed capacity of a province on the grid abundance on a typical day is evaluated.The results show that with the continuous improvement of new energy penetration,the reliability of the grid and the rate of new energy consumption are constantly improved.
