摘要
在传统计划停电与现代用户零停电需求矛盾日益突出的背景下,如何有效减小计划停电的影响,是现行电网企业亟待解决的问题。为此,从当前配网面临的实际问题出发,在有效识别影响零计划停电关键要素的基础上,从网架标准、设备技术、停电管理等方面构建了一套系统性的提升措施体系。实践表明,采用提出的措施体系可极大提高电网企业的供电可靠性水平,具有较大的可操作性及应用价值。
Under the background of the increasingly prominent contradiction between the traditional planned outage and the increasing demand of modern users for zero outage,how to effectively reduce the impact of planned outage is an urgent problem to be solved by current power grid enterprises.Therefore,based on the actual problems faced by the current distribution network,a systematic improvement measure system was constructed from the aspects of grid standards,equipment technology,and power outage management.Practice shows that the adoption of the proposed measure system can greatly improve the power supply reliability level of power grid enterprises,and has greater operability and application value.
