摘要 输电线路是现代城市建设、能源可靠供应、电网稳定运行的重要组成部分。杆塔是输电线路的重要组成单元,钢管杆相对传统输电杆塔,具有节约土地资源、结构简单、施工效率高等优点,因此钢管杆在输电线路的比重越来越大。在实际施工中,钢管杆倾斜是影响线路工程质量的重要缺陷,而杆顶挠度是表征钢管杆倾斜的重要指标。分析钢管杆的结构特点,研究影响钢管杆挠度的因素,并结合工程实践案例,提出钢管杆挠度的控制措施,为后续输电线路建设提供典型经验。 Transmission lines are an important part of modern urban construction,reliable energy supply,and stable operation of power grids.Towers are important components of transmission lines.Compared with traditional transmission towers,steel pipe have the advantages of saving land resources,simple structure and high construction efficiency,so the proportion of steel pipe in transmission lines is increasing.In actual construction,the tilt of steel pipe is an important defect affecting the quality of line engineering,and the deflection of the top of the pipe is an important indicator to characterize the tilt of steel pipe.The structural characteristics of steel pipe are analyzed,and the factors affecting the deflection of steel pipe are studied.Combined with engineering practice cases,the control measures of steel pipe deflection are proposed,which provides typical experience for subsequent transmission line construction.
