教育强国战略下职普融通赋能技能型社会建设创新机制研究 被引量:6

Research on the Innovative Mechanism of Vocational-General Education Integration and Skilled-Society Construction under the Strategy of Empowering the Nation with Education

摘要 随着教育强国战略纵深推进,职普融通迎来一系列良好机遇,主要体现为顶层设计持续完善、职教改革持续深化、职普融通模式创新。目前,职普融通发展资金不足、课程建设缺乏细则指引、职普融通机制尚不完善、职普分流加重社会偏见等诸多梗阻并存,成为阻碍职普融通赋能技能型社会建设的不利因素。鉴于此,教育强国战略下职普融通赋能技能型社会建设应该优化职普融通资金投入模式,以职普协调驱动技能型社会建设;加速职普融通课程建设,以教学互通驱动技能型社会建设;完善职普融通教育机制,以贯通育人驱动技能型社会建设;促进职普融通内涵式发展,获取社会支持驱动技能型社会建设。 With the deepening of the strategy of empowering the nation with education,vocational-general education integration has ushered in a series of good opportunities,mainly reflected in the continuous improvement of top-level design,the deepening of vocational education reform,and the innovation of vocational-general education integration models.However,the lack of funds for the development of vocational-generaleducation,the lack of detailed guidelines for curriculum construction,the imperfect mechanism of vocational-general education,and the aggravation of social bias due to the diversion of vocational-general education have become many obstacles that hinder the construction of a skilled society through vocational-general education.In view of this,under the strategy of empowering the nation with education to build a skilled society through vocational-general education,we should optimize the investment mode of vocational-general education funds to drive the construction of a skilled society through vocational-general education coordination,accelerate the construction of vocational-geneal education integration courses to drive the construction of a skilled society through teaching exchange,improve the mechanism of vocational-general education integration to drive the construction of a skilled society through education,and obtain social support by promoting the connotative development of vocational-general education integration to drive the construction of a skilled society.
