摘要
偃麦草属(Elytrigia Desv.)植物是禾本科小麦族多年生植物,该属植物是中国北方草原的建群种和优势种,由于其属内植物具有较高耐盐性,是改良草原盐渍化的理想草种质资源。本研究分别从偃麦草属植物在盐胁迫下的形态、生理指标和耐盐相关基因的挖掘3个方面综述了近年来国内外对偃麦草属植物的研究进展。主要包括:在盐胁迫下偃麦草属植物种子萌发和苗期形态;渗透调节物、光合代谢和酶活性等生理指标的响应,利用分子标记、转录组数据筛选和鉴定耐盐相关的基因等方面的研究。在此基础上,本研究还讨论了偃麦草属植物在耐盐性研究中存在的问题,并对其研究前景做了展望,旨在为进一步选育耐盐性高的偃麦草属种质资源提供理论基础。
Elytrigia Desv.is a perennial genus of the tribe Triticeae(Poaceae).This genus is the group species and dominant species in the northern grasslands of China.Due to its stronger salt tolerance,is an ideal perennial grass species for grassland salinization improvement.This study focuses on the research of morphology,physiological and salt-tolerant gene of Elytrigia under salt stress.It mainly contains the seed germination and bud seedling growth response of Elytrigia under salt stress;the response of physiological indices such as osmotic,photosynthetic metabolites and enzyme;and screening and identification of salt-tolerant gene using molecular markers and RNA-seq data.Furthermore,we have discussed the current issues and prospects for the genetic mechanisms of Elytrigia for salt tolerance.Moreover,the results of this study could be provided a theoretical basis for further breeding of Elytrigia cultivars with higher tolerance to salinity stresses.
