摘要
以上海市Z失智老人服务队伍为调查案例,引入SFIC模型分析其职业化建设的现状。当前失智老人服务队伍职业化建设存在协同基础尚未夯实、具体工作开展受阻、具体政策有待完善、深层次信任未达成等困境。建议从倡导权力分享、营造协同环境、优化制度设计等方面进一步推进失智老人服务队伍职业化建设。
A survey and analysis were conducted on the professionalization of service teams for elderly people with dementia in Shanghai,based on the Singapore Furniture Industries Council(SFIC)model.Currently,the professionalization of the service teams for elderly people with dementia is facing several challenges,including unstable partnerships,non-supportive working environments,unfavorable policies,and untrustworthy relationships.To promote the professionalization of service teams for elderly people with dementia,it is recommended to advocate power sharing,create collaborative environments,and optimize policy design.
