Practice of cultural construction in a specialized infectious disease hospital

文化建设是推动公立医院发展的强大动力,也是核心竞争力的具体体现。在医院文化建设中,传染病医院文化建设更具独特性。文章对传染病医院文化建设面临的挑战进行分析,并以苏南某地级市传染病专科医院为例,介绍了该院在精神文化、制度文化、行为文化、环境文化、专业文化、宣教文化6个方面的具体实践举措,总结了取得的成效和启示,为传染病专科医院的文化建设提供参考。

Cultural construction is a powerful driver of the development of public hospitals and also a key component of core competitiveness.There are unique features and challenges in culture construction in specialized infectious disease hospitals.Here we analyze the challenges,introduce the practice of cultural construction in a municipal infectious disease hospital in southern Jiangsu Province in terms of spiritual culture,system culture,behavioral culture,environmental culture,professionalism culture,and education/advocacy culture,and summarize the achievements in an attempt to provide reference for the cultural construction in specialized infectious disease hospitals.
