摘要
高水平的智能咨询体系构建和语料规则梳理,是提升高校图书馆信息咨询服务的关键,也是降低公共突发事件对图书馆影响的积极探索。阐述了图书馆信息咨询服务现状,通过分析信息咨询服务的特征和流程,构建了图书馆智能咨询体系模型,即包括数据采集、问答语料库匹配和模型运营的信息咨询架构,提出了语料梳理的策略和常见问题处理原则,以实现对信息咨询服务的全流程管理。
The construction of high-level intelligent consulting system and the combing of corpus rules are the key to improve the information consulting service of university libraries,and also the active exploration to reduce the impact of public emergencies on libraries.This paper expounds the present situation of library information consulting service,and by analyzing the characteristics and process of information consulting service,constructs a model of library’s intelligent consulting system,i.e.an information consulting architecture including data collection,Q&A corpus matching and model operation,and puts forward the strategies for combing the corpus and the principles of dealing with the common problems to realize the whole process management of information consulting service.
