摘要
采用选择性激光烧结(SLS)技术制备聚醚砜树脂/碳纤维/炭黑(PES/CF/CB)复合粉末烧结件,研究CB质量分数为2%,将CF质量分数从0增加到3%时,PES/CF/CB烧结件显微组织、力学性能、导电性能及表面质量的变化。结果表明,当加入CF质量分数为1.5%时,对PES/CF/CB复合粉末烧结件的力学性能具有一定的增强作用;CF的添加能够起到增强烧结件导电性能的作用,烧结件的电导率从5×10-3 S/m提高至15×10-3 S/m;随着CF质量分数的增加,烧结件表面质量呈现变差的趋势。
Polyethersulfone(PES)resin/carbon fiber(CF)/carbon black(CB)composite powder-sintered parts were prepared through selective laser sintering(SLS),and their microstructure,mechanical properties,electrical properties,and surface quality were investigated by using the sintered parts with a CB mass fraction of 2 wt%and a CF mass fraction varying from 0 to 3 wt%.The results indicated that the mechanical properties of the sintered parts were enhanced at a CF mass fraction of 1.5 wt%.The addition of CF enhanced the conductivity of the sintered parts,and their conductivity was increased from 5×10-3 to 15×10-3S/m.In addition,the surface quality of the sintered parts exhibited a trend of de-terioration with an increase in the CF mass fraction.
