社区体育对老年人幸福感的影响机理与对策研究——基于社会支持和自我价值感理论框架的实证分析

Research on the Influence Mechanism of the Happiness of the Elderly from Community Sports and on the Countermeasures:Empirical Analysis Based on the Theoretical Framework of Social Support and Self-worth

随着人口老龄化的加剧,老年人的幸福感逐渐成为社会关注的重要问题。参与社区体育作为一种有效的老年健康促进策略,不仅可以改善老年人身心健康状况,还可以促进老年人的社会参与,提升其幸福感。以某城市社区老年人为研究对象进行问卷调查,并构建线性回归模型,采用回归分析方法进行实证分析,探讨社区体育对老年人幸福感的影响机理。研究发现,社区体育能够显著提高老年人的社会支持水平和自我价值感,进而提升老年人的幸福感。基于此,提出发展社区体育的建议:加强社区体育规划和建设,加大社区体育投入和支持的力度;完善社区体育管理和服务,提高社区体育的质量和效益;推广典型的社区体育模式和经验,提高社区体育的普及度和影响力。

With the acceleration of population aging,the happiness of the elderly has gradually as a major social concern.Participating in community sports as an effective elderly health promotion method can improve not only the physical and mental health of the elderly,but also their social participation and the sense of happiness.A questionnaire survey of the elderly as the research object in an urban community was conducted,a linear regression model was built,and using regression analysis methods,the influence mechanism of community sports on the happiness of the elderly was empirically investigated.The research has found that community sports can significantly improve the elderly s social support level and self-worth,consequently enhancing their happiness.Based on this,the following suggestions are put forward for the development of community sports:strengthen the planning and construction of community sports and increase investment and support for community sports;perfect management and service for community sports and improve the quality and the efficiency of community sports;promote the models and experiences of typical community sports and increase the popularity and influence of community sports.
