摘要
The advances in frontiers of life science often rely on the development of new methods or techniques.For example,the development of capillary DNA sequencing technology has significantly speeded up the Human Genome Project.Later,the introduction of next-generation sequencing technologies further promotes the researches on epigenome and transcriptome.This collection includes research papers that present latest innovative methods and techniques,which might provide researchers new tools to understand or manipulate the complex biological systems.
