摘要
本文利用废旧胶粉、SBS两种改性剂,70#基质沥青为初始沥青,进行改性沥青的制备,基于基础性能指标与流变性能指标对比研究不同掺量胶粉对基质及SBS改性沥青性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着胶粉掺量的增加,沥青的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能逐渐提升,但是对延度指标产生不利影响。胶粉对SBS改性沥青的软化点、延度的提升具有显著的作用,但会导致改性沥青的针入度降低。胶粉可以显著影响沥青的储存模量和损耗模量,从而影响沥青的工作性能。改性沥青高温下抵抗变形的能力依次是SBS/胶粉复合改性沥青>胶粉改性沥青>SBS改性沥青>70#基质沥青,其中15%CR~4%SBS的抵抗变形能力最优。
In this paper,modified asphalt was prepared using the initial asphalt as the 70#base asphalt,and waste crumb rubber powder(CR)and Styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)as the modifier.The effects of different proportion of waste crumb rubber powder on properties of base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt were studied based on the research basic performance index and rheological performance index.The results concluded that the increase of the proportion of waste crumb rubber powder,the high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of asphalt were gradually improved.but has adverse effects on the ductility index.The storage modulus and loss modulus of asphalt were significantly affected by waste crumb rubber powder,and the working performance of asphact was affected accordingly.The ability of modified asphalt to resist deformation at high temperature was CR/SBS composite modified asphalt>CR modified asphalt>SBS modified asphalt>70#asphalt.15%CR-4%SBS has the best deformation resistance.
