“双碳”目标下猪产业链碳减排策略 被引量:2

摘要 畜牧业作为温室气体排放大头,在助力实现“碳达峰、碳中和”的“双碳”目标的道路上肩负重任。然而消费需求增长和粮食危机给畜牧业碳减排之路带来了巨大挑战。挑战亦是机遇,畜牧业尤其是猪产业仍大有可为。经过分析和实践,现已有不少促进猪产业碳减排的策略。文章归纳了猪产业碳排放来源,从节约饲料、减少废弃物排放两大角度总结分析了猪相关产业链可采取的减排策略,并提供部分实际案例以供参考,对于猪产业绿色、低碳、健康发展具有现实意义。 As a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions,animal husbandry is of great importance in helping realize the"double carbon"goal of"carbon peak and carbon neutrality".However,the growing demand and food crisis have brought great challenges to the carbon emission reduction in animal husbandry.These challenges also mean valuable opportunities in which animal husbandry,especially pig industry,has great prospect.Up to now,a number of strategies have been proposed for promoting carbon emission reduction in the pig industry.The article summarizes the sources of carbon emissions in the pig industry,analyzes the emission reduction strategies that can be adopted in the pig industry chain from the perspectives of saving feed and reducing manure,and provides some practical cases for reference;which is of practical significance for the green,low-carbon and healthy development of the pig industry.
