新农科背景下动物科学一流专业建设研究

Construction of first-class specialty in animal science under the background of new agricultural science

本文旨在探索新农科背景下农业院校传统专业的建设,通过对传统的动物科学专业进行提档升级,突破传统学科界限,实现学科之间交叉融合,创新人才培养模式,从而提升人才培养质量。以地方农业院校——天津农学院动物科学专业为研究对象,通过有机融入课程思政,革新人才培养理念,强化实践教学,优化课程体系,改革教学手段,实施全员导师制,完善产教协同,建好实习基地,进行教学改革探索,初步阐释了新农科背景下动物科学专业人才培养特色。积累的一些推进一流专业建设的“课堂+思政”,“实验+创新”,“实习+提高”等教学模式及方法,在高素质专门人才培养上收到了良好的成效,使学生的综合能力得到了有效提升,就业率维持在90%以上,考研率逐年提升。这可为地方农业院校新农科专业建设教育实践提供借鉴。

This paper is to explore the construction of traditional specialties in agricultural colleges and universities under the background of new agricultural sciences.By upgrading traditional majors of animal science,breaking the boundaries of traditional disciplines,crossing and integration between disciplines are achieved,talent cultivation models are innovated,and the quality of talent cultivation is raised.This research used the animal science specialty of Tianjin Agricultural University,a local agricultural university,as the research subject,to explain the characteristics of cultivating talents in animal science under the background of neo-agricultural science through optimization of the curriculum system and exploration of teaching reform.By the teaching mode and method of"classroom teaching+ideological and political education","experiment+innovation"and"practice+improvement",the comprehensive performance of the students has been effectively improved,and their employment rate has remained above 95%.The postgraduate entrance examination rate has been increasing year by year.These achievements may serve as reference for education practice in neo-agriculture sciences in local agricultural colleges and universities.
