摘要 设计了一款新型LED检修灯,在规定角度范围内光强分布均匀且高效光输出。高亮度LED出射光基于TIR透镜进行准直,通过偏光光学面进行出光以获得一定角度范围内的光强均匀分布,增加了可视角。利用专业光学设计软件对设计方案进行了模拟,给出了光强分布结果。合适的结构加工工艺和对LED电源的评估测试,确保产品的性能和可靠性。结果表明,该产品的设计满足要求。 A new type of LED maintenance lamp is designed with uniform distribution of light intensity and high efficiency light output within the specified angle range.The high-brightness LED outgoing light is collimated based on TIR lens,and emits light through polarized optical surface to obtain uniform distribution of light intensity within a certain angle range,which increases the available viewing angle.The design scheme is simulated by using professional optical design software,and the results of the light intensity distribution are given.Proper structural processing technology and evaluation and testing of LED power supply ensure the performance and reliability of products.The results show that the design of the product meets the requirements.
