机械设计与制造中的零件倒角研究

Research on Chamfering of Parts in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing

本文介绍螺旋锥齿轮的基本特征,以及倒角加工的必要性,研究了螺旋锥齿轮实体建模方法并推导出螺旋锥齿轮齿顶曲线方程。同时,还提出了一种倒角加工过程中的刀具中心点与刀倾角的求解算法,运用UGNX软件以及MATLAB软件进行实例验证,验证了本文提出的倒角加工算法的有效性。

In this paper,the basic characteristics of Spiral cone gear and the necessity of chamfering are introduced,the solid modeling method of Spiral cone gear is studied and the addendum curve e quation of spiral cone gear is derived.A solution algorithm of tool center point and tool inclination angle in the process of chamfering is proposed,which is verified by UGNX and MATLAB software.The effectiveness of the chamfering algorithm proposed in this paper is verified.
