摘要
首钢水钢炼钢工序1^(#)、2^(#)连铸机大包开闭液压系统主要负责生产中将大包水口打开后大包钢水通过水口注入中间包,大包钢水浇注完后关闭水口的全过程控制,原大包开闭液压系统在生产运行中暴露出诸多问题,造成生产安全事故发生并严重影响铸机正常生产。为此进行了在原大包开闭液压系统新增一组液压回路,将前驱液压站系统压力油并入大包开闭液压系统控制机构,并作为主液压系统对大包开闭器液压动力输出的优化改造。
The hydraulic system for closing/opening ladles of No.1 and No.2 continuous casting ma chines in the steelmaking process of Shougang Shuigang is mainly responsible for the whole process control of opening the ladle nozzle,pouring the ladle molten steel into the tundish through the nozzle,and closing the nozzle after the ladle molten steel is poured.The original hydraulic system for clos ing/opening has exposed many problems in production operation,resulting in production safety acci dents and seriously affecting the normal production of casting machines.For this reason,a new set of hydraulic circuit is added to the original ladle opening and closing hydraulic system,and the pressure oil of the front drive hydraulic station system is incorporated into the control mechanism of the ladle opening and closing hydraulic system,which is used as the main hydraulic system to optimize the hydraulic power output of the ladle shutter.
