摘要
变频器以其优异的调速和起制动性能;高效率;高功率因素和节能效果,在电气自动化领域得到广泛应用。近年来能源事业部在新投入的工程项目中也更青睐于性价比高;稳定性好的变频启动技术来替代以往的液阻柜;星三角形降压启动技术。本文针对67变电所变频器过电压问题进行研究;分析,查找故障原因,制定了具体的解决方案,对于67变电所变频器故障解决,保障8万立煤气加压机可靠运行具有十分重要的现实意义。
Inverter has been widely used in the field of electrical automation because of its excellent speed regulation and starting and braking performance,high efficiency,high power factor and energysaving effect.In recent years,the Energy Business Department has also preferred the frequency con version start-up technology with high cost performance and good stability to replace the previous liq uid resistance cabinet and star triangle step-down start-up technology in the newly invested projects.This paper studies and analyzes the over-voltage problem of the 67 substation frequency converter,finds out the cause of the failure,and formulates a specific solution,which is of great practical signif icance to solve the failure of the 67 substation frequency converter and ensure the reliable operation of the 80000 gas pressure machine.
