FPSO再沸器抗风浪型结构优化设计

Optimized design of reboiler under sloshing conditions in FPSO operations

摘要 针对浮式生产储卸装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)上常规再沸器易受风浪和晃动影响导致液面不稳定、壳程流体从堰板溢出、换热管干烧等问题,以南海流花16-2油田群FPSO轻烃回收处理流程中的脱丁烷塔再沸器为研究对象,通过分析FPSO船体摇晃特性,对再沸器内部结构进行优化设计;采用FLUENT软件对优化前、后再沸器在船体晃动条件下液面稳定性进行仿真对比分析。再沸器结构优化的具体形式为:堰板尺寸优化,新增防波板、后挡板与泄流底板。仿真结果表明:再沸器发生倾斜时,结构优化后的再沸器壳程内液相向堰板另一侧的溢出量显著小于结构优化前再沸器的溢出量;结构优化后再沸器在20 s后液面即可恢复稳定,结构优化前再沸器需36 s。研究结果可为晃动条件下再沸器的设计提供参考。 In response to the issues of unstable liquid level,overflow of shell side fluid from weir plates,and dry burning of heat exchange tubes caused by wind,waves,and sloshing in conventional reboilers on FPSOs,we focus the study on the debutanizer tower reboiler in the light hydrocarbon recovery and treatment process of the South China Sea Liuhua 16-2 oilfield group FPSO.We aim to optimize and design the internal structure of the reboiler by analyzing the sloshing characteristics of the FPSO hull.Additionally,we use FLUENT software to compare and analyze the liquid level stability of the pre-optimized and post-optimized reboilers under vessel sloshing conditions.The specific approach to optimizing the structure of the reboiler includes adjusting the size of the weir plate,adding wave-shield baffle plates,rear baffles,and discharge bottom plates.The simulation results show that when the reboiler tilts,the liquid phase overflow from the shell side of the optimized reboiler to the other side of the weir plate is significantly reduced compared to the reboiler before structural optimization.Moreover,the liquid level of the reboiler can return to stability after 20 seconds with structural optimization,while the reboiler without structural optimization takes 36 seconds to return to stability.This study provides reference for the design of reboilers under sloshing conditions.
