用海新政策下滨海核电厂总平面布置方案优化探讨

Research of General Layout Plan of Castal Nuclear Power Plants in New Marine Policy

随着国家严控围填海政策的实施,核电厂总平面布置设计如何响应政策变化,是从业者面临的新挑战。本文基于某滨海核电厂一期工程,结合用海面积控制指标,分析总结总平面布置方案的优化过程,提出了核电厂实现“用海面积控制指标”的思路。

With the implementation of the national policy of strictly congtrolling reclamation,How to respond to policy changes of general layout plan of castal nuclear power plant,is a new challenge.This paper is based on phase I of castal nuclear power,combined with sea area congtrol index and general plane optimization,offer an opinion of sea area congtrol index.
