繁昌区老年人健康状况影响因素研究及对策探讨

Research on the influencing factors and countermeasures of the health status of the elderly in Fanchang District

目的:了解繁昌区老年人健康状况影响因素研究及对策探讨。方法:选择繁昌区2021年1月-2023年1月在辖区居住时间超过6个月且具有一定群众基础的3个乡镇、街道,对其中60岁以上的300名老年人开展问卷调查。结果:通过单因素分析表明年龄、性别、受教育年限、居住地区、饮食习惯等对老年人健康状况的影响差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过二元logistics回归分析上述因素与老年人健康与否间的关系,发现年龄在81~90岁(OR=0.83)、男性(OR=1.58)、吸烟(OR=1.39)、饮酒(OR=1.24)是老年人健康的危险因素;而饮食清淡(OR=0.66)、良好居住地区(OR=1.88)是老年人健康的保护因素。结论:要通过提高老年人疾病预防和健康素养,积极引导老年人社会参与、丰富精神生活,提高老年人的身心健康水平。

Objective:To investigate the influencing factors and countermeasures of the health status of the elderly in Fanchang District.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 300 elderly people aged 60 and above in three townships and streets with a certain mass base who lived in the jurisdiction for more than 6 months from January 2021 to January 2023 in Fanchang District.Result:Through single factor analysis,the results of this study showed significant differences in the impact of age,gender,years of education,residential area,and dietary habits on the health status of the elderly(P<0.05),with statistical significance.A binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to investigate the relationship between the above factors and the health status of the elderly.The results showed that age ranging from 81 to 90 years old(OR=0.83),male(OR=1.58),smoking(OR=1.39),and alcohol consumption(OR=1.24)were risk factors for the health of the elderly;Light diet(OR=0.66)and residential area(OR=1.88)are protective factors affecting the health of the elderly.Conclusion:It is necessary to improve prevention and health literacy,actively guide the social participation of the elderly in the region,enrich their spiritual life,and actively guide them to establish correct disease prevention concepts and psychology.
