颅内动脉瘤介入术后吞咽障碍患者实施早期饮食护理的效果

摘要 目的:探讨颅内动脉瘤介入术后吞咽障碍患者实施早期饮食护理对其生存质量及营养状况的影响。方法:选择医院收治的86例颅内动脉瘤介入术后吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,随机数字抽取表法分为两组,各43例,对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者在此基础上实施早期饮食护理干预,评价两组生存质量、营养状况及治疗效果。结果:护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者TP、ALB、PAB、Hb水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对颅内动脉瘤介入术后吞咽障碍患者展开早期饮食护理可进一步促使吞咽障碍消退,恢复正常饮食,改善营养状况,获得良好的治疗效果,提高生存质量,值得推广。 Objective:To explore the effect of early diet nursing on the quality of life and nutritional status of patients with dysphagia after interventional surgery for intracranial aneurysms.Methods:86 patients with dysphagia after interventional surgery for intracranial aneurysms admitted to the hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given early diet nursing intervention on this basis,and the quality of life,nutritional status and treatment effect of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of TP,ALB,PAB and Hb in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.02%,significantly higher than 76.74%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early diet nursing for patients with dysphagia after interventional surgery for intracranial aneurysms can further promote the regression of dysphagia,restore normal diet,improve nutritional status,obtain good therapeutic effect and improve quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
