基于临床路径案例教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学临床教学中的评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学临床教学中应用以临床路径为基础的案例教学法的教学效果。方法:将60名在院实习和规培的临床医学本科生随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30人。研究组应用以临床路径为基础的案例教学法,对照组应用传统的实践教学法。1个月临床教学结束后,进行理论知识和临床实践能力考核,同时使用问卷调查学生对临床教学的满意度。结果:研究组的理论知识考核成绩和临床实践能力考核成绩及总分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对本次临床教学的各项满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学临床教学引入以临床路径为基础的案例教学法,能提高临床教学质量和学生对临床教学的满意度,可以在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学临床教学中应用推广。 Objective:To explore clinical pathway-based case teaching method in the clinical teaching of otorhinolaryngology-head and neck surgery.Methods:Sixty clinical medical undergraduates who practiced and trained in the hospital were randomly divided into the research group and the control group with 30 in each group.The research group applied case teaching method based on clinical pathway,while the control group applied traditional practice teaching method.After one month of clinical teaching,theoretical knowledge assessment and clinical practice ability assessment will be carried out.At the same time,questionnaires are used to investigate students'satisfaction with clinical teaching.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The research group's satisfaction with the clinical teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of clinical pathway-based case teaching method in clinical teaching of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery can improve students'theoretical knowledge assessment and clinical practice ability assessment performance,enhance students'learning initiative,improve students'satisfaction with clinical teaching,and ultimately improve the quality of clinical teaching,and this method can be applied and promoted in clinical teaching of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery.
