病例讨论法在静脉治疗专科护士培训中的应用研究

目的:探讨病例讨论法在静脉治疗专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2018-2019年度在安徽省静脉治疗专科护士培训基地安徽医科大学第二附属医院进行培训的两期80名静脉治疗专科护士学员为研究对象,按入学培训先后顺序分为两组,第一期作为对照组(n=40),采取以教材授课为基础的教学方法即讲授式教学法进行授课;第二期作为观察组(n=40),采用病例讨论法进行教学授课。比较两组学员理论考核成绩、专科护士核心能力以及对培训满意度的差异。结果:在培训后,观察组学员的理论考核成绩、专科护士核心能力、满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:病例讨论法用于静脉治疗专科护士培训可以提高理论教学效果、提升护士的核心能力和培训满意度,值得借鉴推广。

Objective:To explore the application value for case discussion method in specialist nursing of intravenous therapy.Methods:Between 2018 and 2019,80 intravenous therapy specialist nurse trainees in two phases of training at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University,which serves as the training base for intravenous therapy specialist nurses in Anhui Province,were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the order of enrollment in the training,in which the first phase served as the control group(n=40),and the teaching method based on the textbook teaching,i.e.,the didactic method,was used for teaching and lecturing.The second group was the observation group(n=40),which was taught by the case discussion method.Then the differences between the two groups of trainees'theoretical assessment scores,specialized nurses'core competencies and satisfaction with the training were compared.Results:The core competence of specialized nurses and theory examination results in observation group was significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.001).The satisfaction of students in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The case discussion method can improve the theoretical teaching effect,nurses'core competence and training satisfaction,which is worth popularizing.
