循证护理对预防剖宫产产妇产后出血的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on evidence-based nursing for preventing postpartum hemorrhage in postpartum women undergoing cesarean section

目的:探讨循证护理应用在剖宫产产妇产后出血预防中的效果。方法:选取医院产科收治的62例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,应用双盲法将其分对照组(常规护理)与观察组(循证护理),各31例,比较两组产妇在生活质量、出血量、血细胞指标与并发症发生率上的数值。结果:观察组产妇护理后的生活质量与血细胞数值显著高于对照组,而产妇的其余指标则明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理可有效预防剖宫产产妇产后出血,在改善其生活质量、促进产后恢复上效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section women.Method:62 cesarean section postpartum women admitted to the hospital's obstetrics department were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(routine nursing)and an observation group(evidence-based nursing)using a double blind method,with 31 cases in each group.The values of quality of life,bleeding volume,blood cell indicators,and complication incidence in the two groups of postpartum women were compared.Result:The quality of life and blood cell values of the observation group's postpartum women after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the other indicators of the postpartum women were significantly lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence based nursing can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section women,and has a significant effect on improving their quality of life and promoting postpartum recovery.
