新型康复管理捆绑式护理在日间光疗黄疸新生儿中的应用

The application of new rehabilitation management bundle nursing in daytime phototherapy for jaundiced neonates

目的:探究新型康复管理捆绑式护理服务模式对日间光疗黄疸新生儿的应用效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将医院80例日间光疗黄疸新生儿分入对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组患儿行常规护理,研究组患儿实施新型康复管理捆绑式护理服务模式。比较两组护理效果、家属康复护理重视度、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平及家属护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组,护理后研究组患儿家属康复护理重视度高于对照组,护理后两组患儿CK-MB、TBIL水平较护理前均下降,且研究组低于对照组;研究组患儿家属护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新型康复管理捆绑式护理服务模式可降低黄疸新生儿CK-MB、TBIL水平,提升患儿家属康复护理重视程度、家属护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of new rehabilitation management bundled nursing service mode on neonatal jaundice with daytime phototherapy.Method:A total of 80 jaundiced newborns with daytime phototherapy were randomly divided into control group and study group(40 cases in each group).The control group carried out routine nursing,and the study group implemented the new rehabilitation management bundled nursing service model.The nursing effect,family rehabilitation nursing attention,creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),total bilirubin(TBIL)levels and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After nursing,the family members of the study group paid more attention to rehabilitation nursing than the control group.The CK-MB and TBIL levels of the two groups decreased after nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group.The nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new rehabilitation management bundled nursing service model can reduce the CK-MB and TBIL levels of jaundized neonates,and improve the degree of attention to rehabilitation nursing and nursing satisfaction of family members.
