液压支架自动降尘装置设计与研究

摘要 为了有效防治液压支架移架过程中所产生的粉尘,基于喷雾负压降尘理论研究和现场实践,设计研究了一种液压支架降柱移架自动降尘装置和自动控制系统。研究结果表明:该装置喷雾范围覆盖移架产生的高浓度粉尘区域,同时装置设计的负压吸尘窗口能够对准工作面移架产尘浓度最高区域,使其能够迎着工作面进风吸尘,最大限度地提高控尘效率,实现采煤空间的全断面粉尘控制,大幅降低综采工作面行人空间的粉尘浓度,改善液压支架操作工的作业环境。喷雾负压降尘技术与联动控制技术应用于防尘实践中,验证了液压支架降柱移架自动降尘装置的有效性。 In order to effectively prevent and control the dust produced in the process of moving the hydraulic support,based on the theoretical research and field practice of spray negative pressure dust removal,an automatic dust removal device and automatic control system for lowering the column and moving the hydraulic support were designed and studied.The research results show that the spray range of the device covers the areas with high concentration of dust produced by frame shifting,and the negative pressure dust suction window designed by the device can be aligned with the area with the highest dust concentration produced by frame shifting in the working face,so that it can absorb dust in the face of the wind,maximize the efficiency of dust control,achieve full face dust control in the coal mining space,significantly reduce the dust concentration in the pedestrian space of the fully mechanized mining face,and improve the working environment for hydraulic support operators.The application of spray negative pressure dust removal technology and linkage control technology in dust prevention practice has verified the effectiveness of automatic dust removal device for hydraulic support column lowering and moving.
