低矮巷道液压支架运输装置设计

摘要 为解决煤矿液压支架由于巷道高度受限使用普通平板车无法整体运输、甚至拆解后个别部件仍然无法满足运输要求的问题,设计了一种低矮巷道液压支架运输装置。该运输装置改变以往平板车常规结构,将平板车分成前、后小车两部分,中部两侧采用联接横梁固定联接,形成中部空档结构,运输时将液压支架放置于内部空档,采用抬轿式的搬运方式实现运输。以整体搬运ZF13000/25/45型放顶煤液压支架为边界条件设计平板车各项参数,校核车体强度,设计行走转向装置解决岔道转向及变坡运输问题。 In order to solve the problem of coal mine hydraulic support that because the height of the roadway is limited,the use of ordinary flatbed vehicle can not be transported as a whole,even after the dismantling of individual components still can not meet the transport requirements,designed a low roadway hydraulic support transport device.The transport device changes the conventional structure of the former small vehicle,divides the flatbed vehicle into two parts,the front and the back of the flatbed vehicle,and the two sides of the middle part are fixedly connected by the connecting cross beams,thus forms the middle neutral structure.During transportation,the hydraulic support was placed in the internal neutral,and the transportation is realized by the carrying sedan chair mode.The parameters of the flatbed truck were designed with the ZF13000/25/45 type hydraulic support as the boundary condition,the strength of the truck body was checked,and the steering device was designed in detail to solve the problems of the turnout steering and slope changing transportation.
