60 MN双柱斜置快锻液压机关键部件有限元分析

摘要 采用有限元软件ABAQUS对60 MN双柱斜置快锻液压机上、下横梁分别进行了静力学分析。结果表明,均载和墩粗工况下,上、下横梁的最大应力均未超出材料屈服极限的60%,绝大部分区域的安全系数大于3,最大变形不超过1.3 mm。根据快锻液压机的稳定性、可靠性以及锻造精度等要求,认为上、下横梁的结构和材料满足强度和刚度要求。分析结果对快锻液压机的结构设计和优化具有一定的指导意义。 By using the finite element software ABAQUS,the static analysis of the upper beam and lower beam of the 60 MN double-column oblique-frame fast forging hydraulic press has been carried out.The results show that,under uniform load and upsetting,the maximum stress of the upper beam and the lower beam does not exceed 60%of the material yield limit.Most areas in the upper beam and lower beam get a safety factor above 3.The maximum deformation does not exceed 1.3 mm.In consideration of the stability,reliability and forging accuracy requirements of the fast forging hydraulic press,the structure and materials of the upper beam and lower beam meet the strength and stiffness requirements.The analysis results have certain guidance significance for the structural design and optimization of the fast forging hydraulic press.
