摘要
根据快速掘进成套装备的工作需要设计了一种销齿传动机构,解决了柔性带式输送机与迈步自移机尾重叠搭接的牵引与驱动问题,满足快掘系统的工作需要。通过对焊接销排和铸造销排的仿真分析比较,相同工况下铸造销排的应力减小72 MPa、变形减小2.9 mm,铸造销排可靠性更高,且具有一定的抗冲击和吸振功能,对井下工况具有更强的适应性。
According to the working needs of the rapid excavation equipment,a pin tooth transmission mechanism was designed,which solves the problem of traction and drive of the flexible belt conveyor and the self-moving tail overlap,and meets the working needs of the rapid excavation system.Through the simulation analysis and comparison of welded pin row and cast pin row,the stress of cast pin row is reduced by 72 MPa and the deformation is reduced by 2.9 mm under the same working condition.The reliability of cast pin row is higher,and the cast pin row has certain impact resistance and vibration absorption function,which has stronger adaptability to underground conditions.
