煤矿主运输长距离带式输送机托辊安装工艺研究

Study on Installation Technology of Idler of Main Transport Long Distance Belt Conveyor Used in Coal Mine

当前带式输送机托辊安装工艺无法准确地获取托辊部件安装位姿数据,在位姿偏差时存在托辊表面磨损、断裂的问题。为此,提出一种新的煤矿主运输长距离带式输送机托辊安装工艺。实验结果表明,所提方法在安装的过程中能够很好地获取托辊安装状态,保证安装质量。

The current installation process of the belt conveyor idler can not accurately obtain the installation position and orientation data of the idler components,and there are problems of wear and fracture of the idler surface when the position and orientation deviation occurs.For this reason,proposed a new installation process for the idler of the main transport long distance belt conveyor in coal mines.The experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain the installation status of the idler well during the installation process and ensure the installation quality.
