摘要 鉴于矿用带式输送机的大运量和长距离,需要设计的非标支腿越来越多,过去一般按标准支腿结构加固设计而成。采用SolidWorks软件建立非标支腿的三维模型,然后在SolidWorks Simulation中对其进行屈曲分析和静应力分析,分析结果表明,非标支腿的强度和屈曲的设计冗余较大;通过非标支腿的优化设计,可以实现结构的显著轻量化,对非标支腿的设计有参考意义。 In view of the large volume and long distance of belt conveyor,more and more non-standard supporting leg need to be designed.In the past,it was generally designed according to standard supporting leg structure and reinforcement.SolidWorks software was used to build the three-dimensional model of non-standard supporting leg,and then the buckling analysis and static stress analysis were carried out in SolidWorks Simulation.The analysis results showed that the design redundancy of nonstandard supporting leg strength and buckling was large.Through the optimization design of the nonstandard supporting leg,the remarkable lightweight of the structure could be realized,which has reference significance for the design of the non-standard supporting leg.
