摘要
针对以往坑道钻机调角装置存在调角效率低、工人劳动强度大的问题,开发了滑动式调角装置。经过理论计算和材料选型,完成了详细设计并应用于ZDY6000LD(B)型全液压坑道钻机。该钻机完成了总进尺为7776 m的现场工业性试验,验证了该调角装置结构设计的合理性。
In view of the problems of low efficiency and large labor intensity in the former angle adjusting device of the tunnel drilling rig,a sliding angle adjusting device was developed.After theoretical calculation and material selection,the detailed design has been completed and applied to ZDY6000LD(B)full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig.The drilling rig has completed the field industrial test with a total footage of 7776 m,which verifies the rationality of the structural design of the angle adjusting device.
