摘要
油气分离是单缸四冲程发动机润滑系统中最重要的环节,它直接决定着发动机的机油消耗量、润滑系统的可靠性,进而影响发动机的使用寿命及发动机有害物质的排放。为了减少发动机的机油消耗量、保证发动机润滑系统的稳定性、提高发动机的使用寿命、降低发动机有害物质的排放,基于某园林机械用手持式单缸四冲程发动机,设计了一种多腔多级式润滑系统油气分离结构。试验结果表明,相比于采用普通油气分离结构,采用此油气分离结构,发动机的机油消耗量平均减少了约22.7%。
Oil and gas separation is the most important link in the lubrication system of single-cylinder four-stroke engine,which directly determines the engine oil consumption,the reliability of the lubrication system,and then affects the service life of the engine and the emission of harmful substances in the engine.In order to reduce the engine oil consumption,ensure the stability of the engine lubrication system,improve the service life of the engine and reduce the emission of harmful substances in the engine,a multi-cavity multi-stage lubrication system oil-gas separation structure was designed based on a hand-held single cylinder four-stroke engine for landscape machinery.The test results show that the oil consumption of the engine with this oil-gas separation structure is reduced by 22.7%on average compared with that with ordinary oil-gas separation structure.
