某混合动力汽车能量管理控制策略研究

摘要 混合动力汽车因具有高效率、低油耗、长续驶里程等性能优势,成为当前的热销车型之一。能量管理控制策略作为混合动力汽车的关键技术,可使整车能量利用率最大化,实现车辆的节能减排目标。利用底盘测功机和CAN信号解析方法获取整车性能数据,分析了某混合动力汽车的能量管理控制策略。结果发现,随着加速踏板开度和车速的变化,发动机启停时的SOC阈值呈现周期性波动或处于稳定状态;Normal模式下的pedal map呈线性分布,有利于车辆的低速控制,维持良好的驾驶性能;滑行能量回收受初始车速的影响较大,初始车速越高,回收的能量越多;制动能量回收受制动踏板开度的影响较大,在一定范围内,制动踏板开度越大,制动回收的能量越少;SOC的高低对制动能量回收无太大影响。 Hybrid electric vehicle has become one of the best-selling models because of its performance advantages such as high efficiency,low fuel consumption and long driving range.As the key technology of hybrid electric vehicle development,energy management control strategy can maximize the energy utilization of the whole vehicle and realize the energy conservation and emission reduction of vehicle.The performance data are obtained by using chassis dynamometer and decoding CAN signal,and the energy management control strategy of a hybrid electric vehicle is analyzed.The results show that the SOC threshold fluctuates periodically or is stable with the change of accelerator pedal opening and vehicle speed.The pedal map in normal mode is linearly distributed,which is conducive to the low-speed control of vehicle and maintain good driving performance.Sliding energy recovery is greatly affected by the initial vehicle speed.The higher the vehicle speed,the more energy will be recovered,Braking energy reovery is greatly affected by the accelerator pedal opening,the higher the accelerator pedal opening,the less energy will be recovered.But SOC has little effect on braking energy recovery.
