基于稳态工况的重型车排放远程监控数据偏差研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了验证重型车排放远程监控的数据准确性,选取了3辆不同整备质量和发动机排量的国六重型柴油车,利用重型底盘测功机和便携式排放测试系统(PEMS)获取了稳态工况下的车速、发动机转矩、燃料流量、进气量等参数的实测数据,通过车载终端和远程排放监控平台对车辆主要运行参数进行了远程监控,并将远程排放监控平台接收的数据与实测数据进行了一致性对比。结果表明,远程排放监控平台接收的数据与实测数据偏差较小,一致性良好。因此,远程排放监控平台接收的数据可以比较准确地反映实车运行状况。 In order to study the data accuracy of the heavy-duty vehicle remote emission monitoring,three ChinaⅥstage heavy-duty diesel vehicles with different reference masses and engine displacements were selected in this research.The vehicle speed,engine torque,fuel flow rate and air intake flow rate experimental data were obtained using a heavy-duty chassis dynamometer and the portable emission measurement system(PEMS)under steady-state conditions.At the same time,the main operating parameters of the vehicles were monitored by on-board terminals and the remote emission monitoring platform.The data received by the remote platform were compared with the measured data.The results showed that the deviation between the remote monitoring data and the measured data was small and the data consistency was good.Therefore,the remote monitoring data are in good agreement with the actual vehicle operation status.
